3. The service
SubClassified is an online dating platform that lets members create profiles, discover other members, message, and optionally purchase credits, boosts, or Elite membership. Features may change over time.
4. Your content and conduct
You agree not to:
- Post underage, illegal, pornographic, or abusive content.
- Scam, harass, impersonate, or spam other members.
- Upload AI-generated or stolen photos presented as your own without disclosure where required.
- Use bots, scrapers, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
- Share payment details or engage in unlawful activity through the service.
We may remove content, warn, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these rules.
5. Credits, deposits, and memberships
- Credits and paid features are for use on subclassified.com only unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, bonuses, and availability may change.
- Successful deposits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.
- Referral commissions and withdrawals follow the Referral Program rules shown in your account.
6. Reporting and safety
If you see suspicious or harmful profiles, use Reportar perfil. For account or billing help, use Soporte. We review reports in good faith but cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeline.
7. Disclaimers
Profiles are created by members. We do not guarantee that any member is who they claim to be, that conversations will lead to meetings, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use common sense when communicating with others.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubClassified is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or create legal or security risk.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version will be posted on this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
